How is Children’s Hope Home organized?

In Germany:

The organization is registered in Wiesbaden, Germany. Main contacts in Germany regarding donations, volunteership and public relations are Mary and Julian.
Michael is located in Cologne, Germany. He is the treasurer of Children’s Hope Home and the main contact regarding finances. The donations are collected in a bank account in Germany which can be safely accessed from Kenya.
All of them know the Hope Home personally through volunteer work and have established a tight relationship to Lucy and the orphans. They work voluntarily and free of charge for the organization.

In Kenya:

Lucy is located directly in the Children’s Hope Home in Gathiga, Kenya. She and her staff at Tuwape Tumaini Foundation are taking care of the children's well-being. We have a weekly coordination call with Lucy to ensure the donations are invested wisely and fairly. Lucy is also responsible for the housing and well-being of the volunteers.
