Over 110 volunteers got involved in 24 social institutions on 2 October 2010.
We, the Children's Hope Home e.V., were one of the participating organisations with our project ‘Helping from afar’.
Together with our volunteers, we organised a major promotional campaign on Volunteer Day 2010 to draw the attention of new donors and volunteers to the Children's Hope Home. Equipped with flyers and the necessary information, we approached people in Wiesbaden's pedestrian zone and invited them to get to know the work of the Children's Hope Home e.V. better.
We would like to thank our volunteers as well as those responsible for the Volunteer Day for making this day such a success and hope that we will be able to participate again next year!
