Fresh vegetables for our kids

Did you know that, in addition to growing our own produce on the farm, we also receive generous donations from a local food distributor?

Almost every week, we receive fresh fruits and vegetables that may no longer be suitable for supermarket shelves but are still full of nutrients!

These donations perfectly complement our home-grown beans and corn, ensuring that our children and young people receive a balanced and vitamin-rich diet. This week, we received a large amount of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots – perfect for a delicious side dish to rice or ugali.
